Please note that all practices will be at the Helen G. Nassif YMCA

Monday and Wednesday 10 and Under 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
  11 and 12 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  13 and Older 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 10 and Under 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
  11 and Older 8:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Friday 10 and Under 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
  11 and Older 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

There will be evenings when we do not have practice. Some of these dates are known and some are not (i.e. they will be weather related cancellations). As of right now the know dates are as follows:

Wed, Nov 25 – Fri, Nov 27 Thanksgiving Holiday
Thu, Dec 24 Fri, Dec 25 Christmas Holiday
Thu, Dec 31 and Fri, Jan 1 - New Year Holiday
Friday, March 5 - The day before State Meet weekend
The Friday before Regional Meet weekend in Minneapolis

Team Updates

New swimmers to our program should call Paul Brown @ 366-6421 ext 125 to schedule a stroke analysis appointment. Once the analysis is complete we will be better able to suggest programs and levels that will maximize program benefits for all participants.
